Refund & Cancellation Policy – FUZY MATH ACADEMY

Thank you for choosing FUZY MATH ACADEMY. We provide online math coaching, study materials, and educational services for students from Classes 5 to 12. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course or service.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for online classes, courses, study materials, or services are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Demo Class Policy

We provide a Free Demo Class to help students understand our teaching method before enrolling. After taking a demo, if you still enroll, it means you are satisfied with our service. Therefore, no refund request will be accepted later.

3. Subscription or Course Cancellation

• Once a student enrolls and batch is allotted, cancellation is not allowed.
• Fees cannot be transferred to another student or course.

4. Technical Issues

If you face any technical issue like video loading, login issue, or slow internet, it is not considered a valid reason for a refund. However, our support team will help resolve such issues.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered only in rare genuine cases like payment deducted twice or any technical billing error. In such cases, the student must contact us within 48 hours of payment proof.

6. Amazon Affiliate Products

Some pages on our website may recommend study products through Amazon affiliate links. We do not sell these products directly. Any refund or return for Amazon products must be handled directly on Amazon as per their return policy. We are not responsible for delivery, product quality, or refunds related to Amazon orders.
