1. About Fuzy Math Academy

Fuzy Math Academy is a premier online coaching platform specializing in Mathematics (and related subjects) for students in Classes 5 to 12 (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and State Boards). We offer personalized 1:1 coaching, live interactive classes, 24/7 AI-powered doubt resolution, structured LMS access, progress tracking, and proven academic support to help students achieve concept clarity and score improvement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Student," "Parent," or "Guardian") and Fuzy Math Academy (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Parents/guardians must accept these Terms on behalf of students under 18 years of age.

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services and Enrollment

  • Courses: We provide live online classes, recorded sessions, practice materials, assessments, and AI Math Solver access for Classes 5–12.
  • Enrollment: All enrollments are subject to availability and acceptance. Fees are non-refundable except as per our explicit Refund Policy.
  • Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you receive login credentials for the LMS and AI tools. Access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All fees are listed on the website and may change with notice.
  • Payments are processed securely. We accept online payment gateways.
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees in full. Late payments may result in restricted access.
  • Taxes (GST, etc.) are included or mentioned as applicable under Indian law.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided after classes begin or materials are accessed, except in specific cases (e.g., technical issues on our end that prevent access).
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing before the course commences.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform—including video lessons, notes, AI tools, quizzes, designs, and materials—is the exclusive property of Fuzy Math Academy or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, recording, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or course access with others.
  • Record, screenshot, or distribute live/recorded classes.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass teachers, staff, or other students.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the AI Math Solver or LMS.
  • Upload harmful content, viruses, or spam.

Violation may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

9. AI Math Solver and Tools

Our Free AI Math Solver and other tools are provided "as is" for educational support. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs should be verified with teachers. We are not liable for any errors or reliance on AI suggestions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fuzy Math Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
  • We do not guarantee specific score improvements or exam results, as success depends on individual effort.

12. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.
  • Results and testimonials shared are individual experiences and not typical guarantees.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (or the appropriate jurisdiction based on our registered office).
