1. Teacher Appointment Policy
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation/Post Graduation in the relevant subject
Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills
Minimum 1 year teaching experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of online teaching tools
Own laptop/desktop, pen tablet, and stable internet connection
Selection Procedure
Our selection process is performance-based and transparent:

Resume shortlisting
Subject interview
Demo class evaluation
Final approval and agreement signing
Selection is based strictly on teaching quality, subject expertise, and professionalism.
2. Salary & Payment Structure
Fuzy Math Academy follows a structured compensation system:
Revenue Sharing Model
Teachers receive a fixed percentage of the monthly fee collected from students assigned to them.
Fixed Salary Model (For Full-Time Teachers)
Monthly salary based on workload, experience, and class level responsibility.
Payments are processed monthly after fee realization.
3. Teacher Code of Conduct
To protect students, parents, and the academy’s integrity, all teachers must strictly follow these rules:
Professional Ethics
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
Teach according to the prescribed syllabus and academy guidelines.
Provide clear explanations and encourage student participation.
Maintain respectful behavior with students and parents.
Communication Policy
All communication with students and parents must be through official academy channels only.
Sharing personal contact details with students or parents is strictly prohibited.
Teachers must not conduct private tuition for Fuzy Math Academy students.
Non-Compete & Integrity Policy
Teachers shall not directly or indirectly approach academy students for personal tuition.
Teachers shall not use academy materials, student data, or resources for personal benefit.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and further action as per agreement.
Confidentiality
Student information, academic data, fee details, and academy strategies must remain confidential.
Teachers must not share internal information with any third party.
4. Agreement & Commitment
Minimum professional commitment period as per agreement.
Written notice required before resignation.
Compliance with academy rules is mandatory throughout association.
