1. Teacher Appointment Policy

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation / Post Graduation in Mathematics or relevant subject
  • Strong conceptual clarity and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital pen tablet)
  • Own laptop/desktop, pen tablet, and stable high-speed internet

Selection Procedure

Our selection process is transparent, merit-based, and performance-driven:

  1. Online Application Submission
  2. Resume & Profile Shortlisting
  3. Subject Knowledge Interview
  4. Demo Class Evaluation
  5. Final Approval & Agreement Signing

Selection is based strictly on teaching quality, subject expertise, and professionalism.

2. Salary & Payment Structure

Revenue Sharing Model

Teachers receive a handsome percentage of the monthly fee collected from students assigned to them.

Fixed Salary Model

For full-time teachers: Attractive monthly salary based on workload, experience, and class levels.

Payments processed on time every month after fee realization.

3. Teacher Code of Conduct

Professional Ethics

  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and highest level of professionalism
  • Follow the prescribed CBSE-aligned syllabus and academy guidelines
  • Deliver clear, engaging explanations and encourage active student participation
  • Always maintain respectful and supportive behaviour with students and parents

Communication Policy

  • All communication must be through official academy channels only
  • Sharing personal contact numbers or WhatsApp with students/parents is strictly prohibited
  • Private tuitions for Fuzy Math Academy students are not allowed

Non-Compete & Integrity

  • Teachers shall not approach academy students for personal tuition directly or indirectly
  • Academy materials, student data, or resources cannot be used for personal benefit
  • Any violation may lead to immediate termination and legal action

Confidentiality

  • Student information, academic records, fee details, and academy strategies are strictly confidential
  • Sharing any internal information with third parties is prohibited

4. Agreement & Commitment

  • Minimum commitment period as per the signed agreement
  • One-month written notice required before resignation
  • Full compliance with academy rules is mandatory throughout the association
